How do ALT. Fragrances compare to the original luxury brands?
Our fragrances are handcrafted with high-quality ingredients to mimic the scent profiles of expensive designer brands at a fraction of the cost. We focus on matching the notes and longevity to provide a comparable luxury experience.
Are your fragrances vegan and cruelty-free?
Yes, all ALT. Fragrances are 100% vegan and cruelty-free. We never test our products on animals and we do not use any animal-derived ingredients in our formulations.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for unused and unopened products. Due to the personal nature of fragrances, we cannot accept returns on bottles that have been heavily used or are missing their original packaging.
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days within the United States. Please allow 1-2 business days for order processing before your package is dispatched.
Why is my perfume bottle not full to the top?
All our bottles are filled with the exact volume of liquid specified on the label. We leave a small amount of 'headspace' at the top of the bottle to prevent leakage during transit and to allow the spray pump to function correctly.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship to a select number of international countries. Shipping rates and delivery times vary by location and will be calculated at checkout.
